Delta Planet Social Media
Delta Planet is the largest shopping mall in Niš and one of the largest ones in the Balkans, offering retail, dining, and entertainment experiences for a diverse audience. Our project focused on managing the mall’s social media presence and developing marketing campaigns to engage visitors and highlight Delta Planet as a cultural and social hub of the city.

Problem
Shopping malls often struggle to stand out in a competitive retail environment. Simply being a place for shopping is not enough—modern visitors seek experiences, events, and stories that make them return. Without dynamic and engaging digital communication, even the biggest malls risk losing visibility and customer loyalty.



Challenge
The challenge was to create social media strategies and campaigns that would not only inform but also inspire and engage audiences. Each event—from Science Night and Dance Fest to the Dog Exhibition and seasonal discount days—required unique creative direction that would resonate with different target groups, while maintaining a consistent Delta Planet identity.

Solution
We developed and ran social media campaigns that brought the mall’s events to life through engaging visuals, interactive content, and storytelling. Each campaign was tailored to the theme: playful and educational for Science Night, energetic and vibrant for Dance Fest, family-friendly for the Dog Exhibition, and promotional yet stylish for seasonal discounts. By aligning digital communication with on-site experiences, we strengthened Delta Planet’s image as more than a shopping destination—it became a gathering place for culture, community, and entertainment in Niš.
