In sports and culture, 23 is iconic—worn by legends like Michael Jordan and David Beckham—representing excellence, ambition, and mastery, values that align with the restaurant’s culinary vision.

Problem
Although Niš has a strong food culture, it lacks fine dining experiences that combine local tradition with contemporary gastronomy. Guests searching for innovative menus, refined presentation, and world-class service have limited options, which creates space for a restaurant like Twenty Three to set new standards.
